Keithley 7013-S Switch Card

The Keithley 7013-S is a 2-Pole, 20-Channel, independent Switch Card. This model comes with a screw terminal connector board; this is the only difference between the Keithley 7013-S and Keithley 7013-C. As an isolated Switch Card, the 7013-S offers twenty channels with multiple configurations possible. The screw terminal connection card incorporated in this model comes with a dedicated terminal block for each of the 20 channels. By type, the switches utilized in this model are DPST type normally open (NO) switches and one switch represents one channel.

The Keithley 7013-S is a low cost general purpose relay Switch Card, which offers low offset current and low contact potential for nominal impact on low-level signals. The construction of this model allows for the detachment of the connector board from the relay board. Thus, the user can access the screw-terminal easily. The screw terminal connector of the 7013-S allows up to #16AWG wire size with 0.092 inch outer diameter. For DC signals, up to 110V DC is allowed between any two pins. However, for AC signals the rated capacity is 175 V AC peak and 125V rms between any two pins.

The Keithley 7013-S offers > 10¹⁰ Ohm channel to channel isolation at <25 pF. While operating at 1 MHz and 50 Ohm load, the crosstalk between any two channels remains <-50 dB. This model operates with an insertion loss of < 0.1 dB below 1MHz and <3dB below 10 MHz. The Keithley 7013-S can also be used in multiple pole configuration arrangements, since two or more of its relays can be energized at the same time.
